Crash Course is a great start!
You learn lead/follow techniques and the mechanics of different moves to dance to a variety of music.
To enjoy more, progress to one or more of ballroom and Latin dance styles like waltz, foxtrot, tango, salsa, swing, rumba, cha cha, etc.

What Package is the Best?
With Express of 3 lessons, you get a simple and elegant first dance - choreographed or just learn interesting dance patterns.
With Survival of 5 lessons, you get the Express with more turns, dips and some general dancing. Parents are welcome to share the package.
Express Plus is perfect for couples who love the Express approach and want an additional lesson for added comfort and fun.

Can A Couple Take Only One or Two Lessons?
Yes. We try our best to help couples with time constraints. Even if you are taking only one or two lessons, you’ll get a first dance with an introduction, turns and a finale. However, 3 to 5 lessons work better. Many couples take more than the Survival Package of 5 lessons to learn additional interesting moves or prepare for their parents’ dances.
Will the First Dance be choreographed?
For either package, you can choose to have a choreographed routine OR learn various dance patterns and combinations.

What shoes should I wear for ballroom and wedding dance lessons?
For your first lesson, wear comfortable shoes, low heels or flats. Special dance shoes are not needed. For subsequent lessons, bring your wedding dance shoes or similar ones.

Yes! Check out these beautiful songs for a variety of dances. Songs are picked with the right tempo for beginners.
